What are your opening hours?
Offices at No.1 have a building management service from 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday to greet visitors, answer incoming calls when required, and deal with mail and deliveries. For those renting our private Serviced Offices, the building is accessible by key fob 24/7.
Should I book an appointment for a tour or can I just turn up?
Either book through our website, give us a call on 01392 911270 or just turn up between 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday!

How do I reserve a meeting room or workspace?
You can make a reservation for a meeting room or workspace at reception, online or by giving us a call.
When do I have to let you know I’m moving out?
Serviced Office tenants are required to give at least one months notice to move out or change offices.
Is tea and coffee provided?
Absolutely! You can help yourself to our communal kitchens during your time in the office where you'll find tea, coffee, sugar and milk available at no extra cost.
