  • One shared working space with 19 workstations.

  • 24/7 access. Security assured with CCTV and key fobs issued to tenants separately programmed for each room.

  • High speed business-grade fibre optic internet, providing secure internet access for each room as well as an open network for guest Wifi access.

  • Ability to create secure private networks in each room and for each organisation.

  • Reception service from 9.00am to 5.00pm (Monday to Friday) to greet visitors, answer incoming calls (when required) and deal with mail and deliveries.

  • Separate phone numbers for each organisation/room. Handsets issued free of charge, with calls charged monthly. (Existing phone numbers can be migrated into the building on request.)

  • Simple hassle-free contract documentation: easy-in, easy-out.

  • Two private meeting rooms, with 3 hours of access per week per rented room included as standard. Further access charged.

  • 3 fully equipped kitchens (with milk, tea and instant coffee provided free of charge), 2 shower rooms and WCs.

  • Informal meeting spaces available on Floors 1 and 2.

  • Outside courtyard for tenants with bicycle storage, informal seating and space for summer functions.

  • Photocopiers provided on each floor, with access by fob and charged separately.

  • Weekly cleaning of offices and communal areas included.

  • Document storage and parking available by separate negotiation.

All-in transparent prices by room (or by desk in co-working space), from one month to 3 years on sliding monthly scale
to provide maximum flexibility and cost control to clients.

Prices include all service charges, building maintenance and insurance, business rates, office cleaning, utilities and heating costs,
in-building Wifi and basic refreshments.

Additional charges are on an opt-in only basis including:
