What are the opening hours?

Offices at No.1 staff have a reception service from 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday to greet visitors, answer incoming calls when required, and deal with mail and deliveries. For members with Dedicated Desks and Private Offices, the building is accessible by key fob 24/7.

Should I book an appointment for a tour or can I just turn up?

Tours must be scheduled in advance. Either book through the website or give us a call on 01392 911270

What plans do you offer?

Private Office
A private, lockable office space for you and your business.

Dedicated Desk
A reserved co-working space with your own dedicated desk.

Hot Desk
An unreserved co-working space offered on a first come, first-served basis.

How do I reserve a meeting room or workspace?

You can make a reservation for a meeting room or workspace at reception, online or by giving us a call. For Hot Desk reservations, we have a first-come, first served policy and recommend making your reservation as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

When do I have to let Offices at No.1 know I’m moving out?

Dedicated Desk and Private Office members are required to give at least one months notice to move out or change offices. Hot Desk members can cancel at any time.

Do I need to bring my own laptop?

Yes, bring your own laptop, leads, headphones and other gadgets you can’t work without.
